We do not drill holes in stucco or the WRB/moisture barrier, adding holes to the WRB we feel is a bad idea. Companies drilling holes will caulk the holes in the stucco with no way to guarantee the holes in the WRB will be sealed, or if the holes will remain water tight for any length of time. Stucco can be inspected with an experienced company without creating holes into the WRB/moisture barriers.
